Organic gardening advocate.
Gardening, you could say is in my blood. I was heavily influenced by my mother and grandmother in the gifts working with the earth could bring. I began to garden professionally in 1999. I was a master gardener on Whidbey Island from 2000 to 2002. I then moved to Lynnwood in 2002 so I could learn about Horticulture in a school setting. I completed my ATA degree in Landscape Management from Edmonds Community College in 2004. I am also a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture. I prefer to garden naturally, without the use of pesticides which allows the garden to be a place that your family, pets, plants, insects and wildlife visitors can enjoy.
gardening, film, cooking, reading, blogging, peace, horses, hiking with my dogs, social justice and food security activism.
